The Pop-up Souk is a space that is available for short-term use for shops, activities, and programs. The Pop-up Souk is located between Discovery Square and the Harbor Library.

The Harbor library provides resources and services in a variety of media to meet the needs of individuals and groups for education, information, and personal development.

IRC Playland is an indoor, four–story soft play area, designed for little ones to burn energy and boost imagination.

The Bowling Center has 16 lanes with automatic scoring and a relaxed seating area.

An indoor Climbing Wall is located in the Island Recreation Club arena and is dedicated to the age group of 4 years old and up.

The Museum of Science & Technology is administered by KAUST's Office of the Provost.
