About Movie Hub

Calling all Cinephiles! Do you love movies? We are a club who meet to watch movies, discuss movies and to turn our movie experience up to 11!

We have an amazing cinema at KAUST and a unique opportunity to make the most of such a wonderful resource. What we intend to do is:

• Providing a venue for the Movie Hub members to regularly screen a diverse range of films
• Promote interest and understanding of cinema and filmmaking through talks, events and screenings
• Provide opportunities for club members to enjoy cinema with enthusiasm, share experiences and participate in the selection and screening of films and topics
• Provide a conduit for members to engage with local or international cinemas, movie clubs, filmmakers and film industries.
• Liaise with KAUST Community Life and other KAUST management as necessary for the provision of Movie Hub facilities and other resources
  
• Organize Movie Hub social events and fundraising activities including sponsorships
