Eid Mubarak! Eid Al-Fitr is expected to commence on Wednesday, April 10. Please review the following updates regarding activities and services adjusted over the Eid holiday period.
During Eid, some Community Life facilities and services operate on a slightly amended schedule, including KAUST Health, off-campus buses, restaurants, retail outlets, and more. These changes are outlined below.
All food and retail outlets along the University Spine will be closed during Eid, except the Campus Diner. Other food and retail outlets in the community may have adjusted operating hours for Eid, and some are subject to change throughout Eid. The food and retail webpages will be updated with these adjustments before Eid break, and we encourage you to check back often.
As always, 911 emergency response and the Emergency Department operate 24/7 throughout Eid. The clinic is closed from April 9 to 13. Normal opening hours resume Sunday, April 14. Learn More
There will be no work haul bus and Jeddah medical buses during Eid. The Bus Services page will have updated schedule before the Eid holiday. To help you travel to the airport during the break, there will be:
All mail services will be closed on Tuesday, April 9 and Thursday, April 11. They will resume mailroom operations on Saturday, April 13.
