The Community Life Transportation Services team and KAUST Smart are launching a pilot program which aims to enhance your taxi experience. Our goal is to provide a simple to use mobile application that will provide a seamless user experience.

About the KAUST Ride Application

Starting today, by using the KAUST Ride Application,  users will have the ability to book a personal taxi request, use the map for the pick-up and drop-off locations, receive a confirmation via the application, communicate with the driver, and rate the ride experience.

Payment

The rates are the same as the online booking system, which are available on the Community Life website. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.

What will happen during and after the pilot period is over?

The pilot program will run for 30 days and the team will evaluate the usability of KAUST Ride and incorporate your feedback and suggestions. Please be sure to rate your ride experience in the app. This will allow us to test all aspects of the system and help us to evaluate additional features and enhancements.
