Personal Training Packages

1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions (1 Hour)

A more individual approach to improving your health and well being under the guidance and direction of a Certified Personal Trainer.

Buddy Training Sessions (1 Hour – 2 people)

Training with a friend or partner is a great way to get results, especially under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer with individually designed fitness routines.
