KAUST Golf-Cart Rental Program

Golf carts are a popular form of transportation at KAUST. Learn more about how to rent a golf cart for short-term or long-term use:

Drivers of golf carts must comply with the KAUST Traffic & Vehicle Safety Policy
Rental golf carts are maintained and serviced by Luxury Cart, and insurance is provided (terms & conditions apply). The workshop and office in Transportation Building (building 2) is open 6 days per week: Saturday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
For out-of-hours emergencies, please call the Luxury Cart team, and they will assist you as soon as possible

There are two golf cart rental programs at KAUST.

Luxury Cart offers short-term golf cart rentals at KAUST
These are available on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with no long-term commitment
Golf carts are typically available for immediate hire
- Daily rate: SAR 103.5 including VAT
- Weekly rate: SAR 575 including VAT
- Monthly rate: SAR 1,552.5 including VAT

There is currently a waiting list for the long-term golf cart fleet. It may be several months before a golf cart becomes available for long-term rental
KAUST has a small fleet of golf carts available for long-term rental. The rental period is a minimum duration of 6 months. Early return is subject to a two-month penalty
All KAUST residents are eligible to register for this program. Click here to join the wait list
Rental is SAR 862.5 per month, including VAT
