Last chance to take part in the Campus and Community Survey and win business class air tickets

Campus and Community (C&C) is excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive community engagement survey, the first since C&C was created earlier this year.

We are seeking feedback and opinions from across our community on the full range of services we provide. Your feedback will be crucial as we develop and shape the future direction and priorities to ensure we continue enhancing our services to the KAUST community.

Dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and productivity at KAUST, C&C oversees a wide variety of services from health and wellness, facilities maintenance, recreation and retail to community clubs, events and transportation. We are committed to understanding what you, our valued community members, truly need.

How do I take part?

The survey has been designed to cover all aspects of C&C services. However, we appreciate that your time is precious; it is therefore designed to enable you to navigate easily, avoiding services that you either have not utilized or have no particular interest in.  You can also complete it on mobile devices to increase its accessibility.

In addition to ratings, the survey gives ample opportunity for you to input free text to provide more in-depth feedback if you wish.

Time for completion: 15+ minutes, depending on how detailed your feedback is. There is a ‘save and resume’ button at the bottom of each page if you need to leave and come back at a later time.

Who is eligible?

Anyone residing, working, or studying at KAUST who is 18 or older is eligible to participate. For residents under 18, a separate survey has been created and will be shared via separate channels.

What happens with the results?

Listening, openness and transparency are underpinning values in C&C. Once the survey data has been reviewed and analyzed, we plan to share the results, the good and the areas of improvement, with the community.

A C&C Town Hall will be held to present the key findings and explain our approach to acting on the feedback in the months and years ahead.

Your input will be crucial in helping to shape the services, facilities and programs at KAUST. By sharing your feedback, you are helping us prioritize and enhance our offerings to meet your needs and expectations better.

Anonymity is an option, however if you opt-in to share your KAUST ID and contact details, you will be entered into a raffle with a chance to win two pairs of business class round trip air tickets to Europe or two sets of gift vouchers for Baytooti for the value of 200 SAR.
