Registration is now open for the first-ever KAUST Wellbeing Week! The theme this year is Elevate Life, and Community Life is organizing a week-long program that enriches your life and supports your overall wellbeing.
We have designed an exciting lineup of programs and activities dedicated to fostering the holistic wellness of our KAUST community through the five pillars of well-being: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice, and Give.

Connect: Join us in building meaningful connections within our community through interactive sessions, group discussions, and networking opportunities that support systems crucial for well-being.
Be Active: Prioritize your physical health by participating in a range of activities, from yoga sessions to group workouts, designed to get you moving and energized.
Keep Learning: Cultivate a curious mind and nourish your intellectual well-being through educational workshops, skill-building sessions, and thought-provoking discussions.
Take Notice: Practice mindfulness and self-awareness to enhance your emotional well-being through mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Give: Do something nice for a friend, or a stranger. Thank someone. Smile. Volunteer your time. Join a community group. Look out, as well as in. Seeing yourself, and your happiness, linked to the wider community can be incredibly rewarding and creates connections with the people around you.
