Effective from July 1, 2024, the SAPTCO taxi service at KAUST will no longer be available. However, we have great news to share! AlTawkilat (UMA), a well-known automotive company with over 70 years of experience serving customers in Saudi Arabia, will now provide taxi services alongside Hanco at KAUST.  

AlTawkilat and Hanco will provide a range of taxis including sedans, family sized SUVs and luxury options at KAUST. With their reliable and safe transportation options, you can enjoy a hassle-free ride to your destination. 

There will also be changes to the existing taxi rates from July 1. The new rates will be updated on the Community Life Taxi and Rental page by June.
