Office of Student Life and the Student Programming Board (SPB) is excited to invite you to the upcoming Start of Semester Beach Party.

Take this opportunity to welcome our new graduate students and meet the new SPB members!

Date: Saturday, January 27, 2024
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Food will be served at 5:30 p.m.
Location: South Beach
Shuttle buses will be available for graduate students from Building 18, Student Center every 30 minutes from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Food included (BBQ): note that food will be provided to graduate students only on a first-come first-served basis.
South Beach will only be accessed by KAUST community over 18 years old starting from 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27. Anyone under 18 years will not be admitted to the venue and to this event.
Community members over 18 years old are welcome to join the party, however, meals are provided for free only to graduate students. Community members will be able to purchase their meals.
