Please note that since the Island Recreation Club will be hosting The KAUST School swimming competition on January 19 and 26, the IRC swimming pools will be temporarily closed as per the below schedule:

| Sunday, January 14 | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Partially closed – In order to install the platform and the blocks, half of the pool will be closed, while the other half will remain open. |
| Tuesday, January 16 | 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. | Fully Closed – Access to the pool will be restricted for testing purposes. |
| Friday, January 19 and Friday, January 26 | 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. | Fully Closed – Competition Day! The pools will only be available for the Swim Meet. Pools will reopen to the community at 3:00 p.m. During this time, the Harbor Sports Club Pools will be open. |
| Sunday, January 28 | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Partially closed – In order to remove the platform and the blocks, half of the pool will be closed, while the other half will remain open. |
