KAUST Health invites you to attend pregnancy and childbirth in-person classes for free during your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Register for one session or all four!

• Newborn Care: Monday, November 14 (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
• Childbirth Preparation: Monday, November 21 (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
• Breastfeeding: Monday, November 28 (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
• Safe sleep practices: Monday, December 5 (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

About pregnancy and childbirth classes

Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
