We are pleased to announce the opening of new coffee shops at KAUST. These coffee shops will replace the previously closed Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Café locations.
At Building 16 Lobby from Sunday, September 11
Weekdays from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
Medd Café and Roastery is the first specialty coffee house in Jeddah and a favorite among artisan coffee lovers. Their cafés located in Balad and Makkah are famous for their rustic vibes, minimalistic décor, and specialty brews. The coffee and tea are sourced from high-grade farms and is brewed with intricacy and care. All the food items are freshly made with natural ingredients. Gluten-free and other references are also available.
It will open its first branch at KAUST in the building 16 Lobby from Sunday, September 11 and will be open during weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
At Discovery Square (Coming soon)
Please note that the Coffee Bean shop at the Discovery square will be closed for renovations effective Sunday, September 11, 2022. The Medd Café and Roastery branch will open once the renovations are complete. Please note that an alternative coffee option has been arranged for the period.
At Innovation Cluster (Coming soon)
Barn’s Coffee, another popular coffee brand in the Kingdom will open in the Innovation Cluster at KAUST. Coffee will be available during weekdays from 8:00 to 5:00 P.M. Watch this space for more information on when it’ll be open.
