• Newborn Care Monday, August 29th (17:30 -19:00 PM)
• Childbirth Preparation Monday, September 5th (17:30 PM - 19:00 PM)
• Breastfeeding Monday, September 12 (17:30 PM - 19:00 PM)
• Safe sleep practices Monday, September 19 (17:30 PM - 19:00 PM)

About Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes

Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
