The Aquafitness Classes resume after the Spring Break.

• Where: shallow end of the IRC pool
• When:   Monday morning: 8:10 – 8:55 am starting April 4^th
                Thursday morning: 8:10 – 8:55 am starting April 7^th
                Tuesday evening: 8:00 -8:45 pm starting April 5^th
  
• Price: 7 sessions each / 280SR / no sessions during Eid
• Various: No special equipment needed, also suitable for non-swimmers, male and female welcome
