The Community Fitness Challenge for February is RABBLE!
Rabble is a social team game which provides a high intensity workout while running around and having fun. Rabble games include Capture the Flag, British Bulldog, Dodgeball, Circle Ball, Fitball, Army/Navy, Flying Disc and an Obstacle Challenge. For more information about Rabble, visit www.joinrabble.com.
There will be two Rabble games each week - every Wednesday at 5:30 P.M. and Thursday at 5:45 P.M., starting Wednesday, February 5, and continuing through the end of February.
