The COVID-19 crisis has brought the issue of mental health to the forefront and as you may be aware, October is Mental Health Awareness Month.
To highlight the importance of mental well-being and how it can influence our physical health, performance, relationships, sleep, and more during time of COVID-19, we are delighted to invite you to attend KAUST Mental Well-being Summit. The summit is organized by HR and delivered by our community well-being advocates and Delta Wellness. There will be also a session for TKS parents by Truman Group.
The summit will take place October 11-15. There will be a panel on the first day of the summit. You’ll have a chance to address your questions and get them answered by our panelists.
