Join us for a day of fun and fitness for the whole family at the classic Sports Extravaganza as part of Wellbeing Week 2024. Let's revive vintage workouts and promote simplicity while embracing timeless exercises for health and well-being.
All ages and levels are welcome! No registration required.

Games:
Get ready for a splash of fun with water games like Water Balloon Toss, Sponge Relay Race, Cup to Cup, and more. It's going to be a day filled with laughter and joy!
Traditional fun games include tug-of-war, Three-Legged Race, Bean Bag on Head Race, Wheelbarrow Race, Egg and Spoon Race, and others.
Inflatables with light fitness exercises such as Jumping Jacks, Sprinting, Crunches
Note:
Participants will be divided into teams and compete against each other.
Please wear comfortable and lightweight fitness clothing.
Remember to bring your water bottle and a hand towel.
