Join us as we celebrate Autism Awareness this April.
The FCSC parent committee has worked closely with the Beach To Beacon Running Club to host this special Beat the Heat Autism Run to raise awareness about autism and help create a more inclusive world. We invite all KAUST community members to register and be part of this special run.
This year, for the first time, it will be held as part of the Tidal Wave at The KAUST School (TKS). The TKS Tidal Wave event is open to the KAUST community and features a range of exciting activities, including games, live music, performances, food trucks and more.
Runners are invited to stay and enjoy the full Tidal Wave experience after the race.
If you are part of the TKS community, you can do this race as part of the TKS Marathon Club and finish on a high. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun and healthy activity while supporting autism awareness.
Note: Registration can also be made in person on the day from 4:00 p.m. at TKS Field.
Date: Wednesday, April 17, 2024
Venue: TKS Football Field
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Distance: Timed 2K (for 4 to 12 years) or 5K run (for 13 years and above). Parents can run with their kids in the 2k race, but the parents will not be timed.
Open to all KAUST Community members
