It is Yoga Time! Join us on Wednesday, June 21 at 6:15 a.m. to celebrate the International Day of Yoga at the IRC Arena with a Free Yoga Awareness Session.
Organized by Community Life, in collaboration with the Indian Community Volunteers, this fun yoga session is designed for everyone, from absolute beginners stepping on their mats for the very first time to seasoned yogis.
To enjoy an optimal experience, make sure you arrive at the arena 5 minutes before the session begins and on an empty or light stomach. This will help you float effortlessly into each posture, feeling light as a feather.
