Organized by the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), the Night Walk events in Abha and AL-Khobar were a huge success. KAUST is proud to host this exciting event representing the city of Jeddah. As part of KAUST efforts to have a strong engagement with local and national communities, the Night Walk will welcome around 5,000 participants from the region.
The Night Walk features a three km course with music and lights. The illuminated path will have different themes, sports stations, and challenges. It is open to all ages. Participants can enjoy the walk, the festival area, and the food corner.
The walk - a three to four km course through different worlds of neon lights and music illuminated along the roads outside the Safaa Stadium.
The festival area - a stage, DJ, entertainment, and different sports activities.
The food corner - where food trucks and other caterers offer their delicious foods.
All tickets will include a sporty T-shirt and four glow items along with access to the festival area and walk path.
Kids under 5 can enter free of charge. Parents must accompany kids under 15 years at all times.
Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged among participants.

KAUST Resident Participants
Please do not walk, bike or drive to the venue directly. You will not be allowed to enter past the event perimeter.
Special event shuttle buses will run from the parking lot in Tamimi Supermarket and back. The shuttles will start from 6:00 P.M, every 15 minutes until the end of the event. Additional bicycle parking will be available. (Location )

External Participants
All external participants need to enter through Gate 2 which will be temporarily opened for the event. (Location)
After registration confirmation at the gate, they will park in the parking lot inside Gate 2 and will be shuttled in buses to the event venue.
In preparation for the Night Walk event and to ensure the safety of the community, some road closures will take place around the Night Walk venue impacting the entrance from Gate 1. Road closures will start from 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 12 through 2:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 15.
The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) is the main body responsible for developing community sports and is mandated with achieving a target of raising physical activity levels in Saudi Arabia to 40% by 2030.
Night Walk is just one of many initiatives Community Life is collaborating with to bring a wide range of cultural, sports and leisure experiences to the community at KAUST.
This event is hosted in collaboration with KAUST’s Community Life Department and the Saudi Sports for All Federation and is co-sponsored by Coastline, SAPTCO, DSFH and MACC.
