World Heart Day is celebrated globally on September 29. This annual event, established in 2000 by the World Heart Federation, raises worldwide awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVD), prevention and control to negate their global impact.
This year’s theme is 'USE HEART FOR EVERY HEART'. Read here to learn more and engage in this important cause.
The Recreation team would like to invite you to the Harbor Sports Club to celebrate the World Heart Day event. Some free special activities will be offered on this occasion.
Special activities for the day:
Check your body fat % with access to the Tanita Body Scale from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. located near the mixed gym. You can also print your results. Our qualified staff will support you.
Join us at the arena for the mixed fitness class that will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. by our instructor. The required age is 12 and up. Booking is not available. Please sign up the attendance at the reception.
Check out our huge Heart Inflatable located in front of the facility between 11:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. You can walk through the 4 chambers of the heart and experience how it works.
Meet us at the TV lounge area for healthy awareness information supported by our fitness team and a coloring activity for kids from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
