• Childbirth preparation - Monday, December 7, 10:00 -11:00 a.m.
• Infant feeding - Tuesday, December 8, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
• Safe Sleep for infants - Wednesday, December 9, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
  
• Newborn baby care - Thursday, December 10, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
  

About Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes

Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they've previously had children at KAUST.
