​Children experience a huge change when a new baby joins the family.  This can be a stressful and very exciting time.  This session aims to reduce stress and support a positive sibling relationship.  Playful activities, short video clips, and stories will be used to address the following topics:

• Characteristics of a new baby
  
• Caring for a new baby
• Changes
• Safety
• What is a sibling?
• Feelings related to the new baby.
