Join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day on October 10, with a variety of activities happening throughout the week to promote mental well-being within the KAUST community.
This yearβs theme is "It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace", and weβre bringing together departments across the university to host insightful workshops, peaceful yoga sessions, and empowering discussions. This week is all about creating spaces for meaningful conversations, movement, relaxation, and personal growthβbecause mental health matters!

Selected entries will be featured throughout the week, inspiring others to explore new ways to care for their mental health.
The event is related to the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3, which focuses on promoting good health and well-being.
