World Mental Health Week Programs at KAUST

Join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day on October 10, with a variety of activities happening throughout the week to promote mental well-being within the KAUST community.  

This year’s theme is "It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace", and we’re bringing together departments across the university to host insightful workshops, peaceful yoga sessions, and empowering discussions. This week is all about creating spaces for meaningful conversations, movement, relaxation, and personal growthβ€”because mental health matters!

Share Your Well-being Practices! 

How do you prioritize your well-being? This year’s Wellbeing Week campaign invites you to submit photos or videos of your self-care practices. Share on Instagram @KAUST.life or Facebook @GetEngagedKAUST using #WorldMentalHealthDay.  

Selected entries will be featured throughout the week, inspiring others to explore new ways to care for their mental health.

The event is related to the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3, which focuses on promoting good health and well-being.   

This campaign is organized collaboratively by Campus and Community (C&C), Human Resources (HR), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Student Life and The KAUST School (TKS).
