Time to gear up for our upcoming climbing competition! Join our Climbing Training Camp organized in collaboration with the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation and hone your skills for the KAUST Arab Youth Climbing Competition set to take place on September 15.
Children aged 10 to 15 can join our climbing classes extending from August 28 to August 31 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Island Recreation Club Climbing Wall. Our seasoned climbing coaches will focus on enhancing children’s auto-belay and lead climbing techniques to significantly increase their chances of emerging victorious in September.

Please note that during camp days, from August 28 to August 31, the Climbing Wall will not be accessible for climbers from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Starting September 1, the Climbing Wall opening hours will return to their regular schedule.

About the KAUST Arab Youth Competition
The KAUST Arab Youth Competition is organized by the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation and is set to take place on September 15 at KAUST. Young climbers aged 10 to 13 will compete in the Auto-Belay category, while children aged 14 and 15 will compete in the Lead Climbing category. You can create a membership to register here.
KAUST Partnership with the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation
KAUST started a partnership with the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation (SCHF) to join efforts to promote and develop the sport of climbing on a national level.
