KAUST School's Plant Science Family Night was a huge success with the participation of the Facilities Management Waste Water Treatment Plant booth. On March 6, 2023, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, kids and families from KAUST had the opportunity to learn about the process of making potable water as well as quality management of water at KAUST.
The booth was a hit as it showcased the different stages of the cleaning process of the water, making sure that the kids and families can drink clean water directly from the tap. The event was organized by the Center of Dessert Agriculture of KAUST -CDA-, and the Center Director appreciated the work of Facilities Management in providing quality water to the KAUST community.
The Plant Science Family Night was a great opportunity for kids and families to learn about various science projects related to plants, including the process of making potable water. The event was a fun-filled evening that engaged the community in scientific activities and learning.
Overall, the participation of Facilities Management with the Waste Water Treatment Plant booth was a great addition to the Plant Science Family Night. The kids and families were happy and satisfied to learn about the process of potable water and the quality of the water at KAUST.
