World Mental Health Day

09 October, 2022

Join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day this October, organized by KAUST Health in partnership with the Community Mental Health Committee.

Take a pause to think about your mental health and wellbeing because you matter. Taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is vitally important because it can affect every aspect of our lives, from relationships with friends and family members to our productivity at work or school.

In line with the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Good Health and Wellbeing, this event offers you the opportunity to interact with mental health and wellbeing specialists, health care providers, and recreation specialists. Learn about factors contributing to your wellness, such as nutrition, fitness, sleep hygiene, and the impact of social relationships. Explore and re-discover simple self-care strategies that empower you to take charge of your wellbeing, reduce/relieve stress and enhance productivity.
