Community Life, in collaboration with KAUST Smart, is pleased to announce that personal taxis can now be booked through KAUSTCentral.

The new taxi feature includes:

Push notifications when

• A driver is assigned to your ride
• Driver accepts the ride
• Driver arrives and waits at the location
• Passenger onboards the taxi
• Passenger reaches destination
• Customer satisfaction: rate the experience at the end of every ride.

Upcoming features:

• Currently you can only make a single booking at a time. This limitation will be removed soon. For multiple bookings please email Hanco or SAPTCO directly.

Business taxis:

Business taxis still need to be booked on The KAUST Portal under the self-services tab.

KAUSTRide app

Please note that you can still use the KAUSTRide app during this soft launch phase.
