The KAUST Health patient information system is currently experiencing unscheduled maintenance. The Patient Portal, Fakeeh emails, electronic medical records and radiology services are all currently affected.
If you would like to speak to us, you can still do this by phone. Please have your KAUST Health file number ready.
If you are trying to access your patient files or make use of any of the other Patient Portal functionality, please either wait until the maintenance is complete or contact our Patient Relations team for further assistance.
