Second Chance Thrift Shop gives a way for pre-loved items to be purchased at low cost and be reused within our community. Thrift shopping is a responsible method of shopping; it is good for the environment as it reduces the production of new items and reduces the rate that used items end up in landfill. The Shop is run by a group of volunteers, providing an enjoyable way for people to contribute to the community and meet new people. The Shop supports local volunteer community programs.
The aim is that the Second Chance Thrift Shop will have a positive environmental and social impact in the KAUST community.
