There are many physical, mental and social benefits associated
with gymnastics. The physical benefits of gymnastics are perhaps the most obvious and include flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. The Falcons will practice flexibility each class both in warm up and throughout class as well as
using different apparatus.
Please note that an assessment is required to register in the intermediate level.
We advise children to arrive changed in proper sports attire, ready for lessons, and bring their own water bottles. Classes will focus on techniques only.
All classes are run during each school term. The cost will change dependent on how many weeks the school term is. For cost of the current term, please contact recreation.
