The gyms in KAUST, offer a wide range of equipment to help you work towards your fitness goals. These include Life fitness cardio and resistance equipment. There is also a range of free weights equipment including benches, racks and dumbbells. Our team is always on hand to assist you with any queries.
The gyms at KAUST are available to all residents 16 years and over.
The Harbor Sports Club has a mixed gym and a female-only gym.
The Island Recreation Center has a female-only
gym and a male-only gym.
The Campus Gym is
located near the Diner (Building 13) and has a female-only gym and a male-only gym.
When using the fitness gyms, please adhere to the gym rules .
The Fitness Team want to help the Teen Community to stay in shape. In general, the rules do not allow admission to the fitness facilities to children under 16. To enable children between 12-16 years who want to be able to use the fitness facilities unaccompanied,
