Community Wellness Programs


In collaboration with KAUST Health, Recreation, and the wellness advocates in our community, we offer a range of programs focused on physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Programs that we have offered before include:

KAUST Community Challenge – an 80-day challenge to get people increasing their activity levels while traveling 'around the world in 80 days'.  This program encourages people to increase their steps to at least 10,000 per day.

KAUST Kickstart Wellness Program – this 8-week program covered all aspects of health and wellbeing and offered a number of sessions each week – both physical and presentations.  The idea was to kickstart your wellness journey by raising awareness of the different elements that make up a healthy lifestyle.

Couch to 5k – this program is offered regularly and helps anyone who wants to get more active by walking, jogging, or running more.  We usually schedule this program to lead up to a community 5k Fun Run.
