Water inflatable options for privately hired boat trips


Add water inflatables to your private boat trip and enjoy the cool seawater from the pool or relax in the Sun Lounge. The cost of each of the inflatables is 250 SAR per trip and needs to be requested while booking a cruise.

We have two options to choose from:
  • The pool inflatable can be hired as an addition to the private cruise on the Manta boat and can fit up to 8 adults (or up to 10 kids).
  • The sun lounge also called the seating platform is available to hire as an addition to the private cruise on the Manta or Blue Water boat and can fit up to 4 people.

Booking Deadline is five (5) business days for private/unscheduled boat trips and 12 noon on every Tuesday for scheduled trips.

Terms & Conditions



SCUBA DIVING TRIPS
Provide a copy of Iqama/Passport/Saudi Visa Page and KAUST photo ID at least 5 business days before the trips.
Provide a copy of Dive Certification Card.
Sign the Boat Trip Form, Scuba Diving Liability Release.

SNORKELING TRIPS
Provide a copy of Iqama/Passport/Saudi Visa Page and KAUST photo ID at least 5 business days before the trips.
Sign the Boat Trip Form, Snorkeling Liability Release.

TRADITIONAL FISHING TRIPS
Provide a copy of Iqama/Passport/Saudi Visa Page and KAUST photo ID at least 5 business days before the trips.
Sign the Boat Trip Form, Fishing Liability Release.

CRUISING TRIPS
Provide a copy of Iqama/Passport/Saudi Visa Page and KAUST photo ID at least 5 business days before the trips.
Sign the Boat Trip Form, Cruise Liability Release.

BOAT TRIP BOOKING & CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Send an email to marinebookings@kaust.edu.sa / call Marine Services office at 808-6621/808-6634
Visit the guest care office at Yacht Club Bldg. 10 Level 0 for payment and confirmation purposes.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation is on a first-come-first-serve policy and booking deadlines are forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled trips and seventy-two (72) hours prior to any private or unscheduled boat trips.
Reservation will only be confirmed with the following:
  • Full payment
  • Completed and signed forms
Cancellation requests made three (3) days or more before the day of the boat trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee, OR the option to reschedule for one time only, with no refund or rescheduling afterward.
No show or cancellations made on the day of the trip or within two (2) days before the day of the trip will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
Any booked activity might be canceled by Marine Services due to circumstances beyond our control. A full refund or the opportunity to reschedule will be granted.
