About Us

The Maker Space SDG was founded in 2016. Running weekly meetups, workshops, and competitions until 2018.
In 2018 the maker space was remodeled, and has been operated by the Core Labs since then.
It is located in building 24 on the KAUST campus. It is filled with machines, tools and gadgets for people to play with technology and to tinker on their projects.
The Maker Space is not only a room, but also a growing community of people.
We encourage everyone to come and…

  • play
  • learn
  • tinker
  • innovate and
  • make friends
