  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga posture. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment.

    Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

  • Ashtanga Yoga

    ​Ashtanga yoga is recommended for students with at least one year of consistent vinyasa practice. This class covers the full primary series of the ashanga system, as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.

    This set sequence of advanced postures utilizes ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility and concentration.

  • Beginners Yoga

    The basics of yoga practice introduced in beginners yoga class will serve as foundation for each class sequence. This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance.

    Some yoga experience is helpful, although not required. Classes are open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling and reclined positions unassisted.

  • Circuit Yoga

    Circuit yoga class is a dynamic and powerful workout, which combines yoga flow and sculpting circuits to lift your heart rate and push you to the limits.

    The calming vinyasa flow is combined with high intensity interval strength exercises to create long and lean muscles and leave you feeling invigorated. Great for those who want to compliment their cardio workout with resistance work and yoga stretches.

  • Lunch Yoga

    Lunchtime yoga class is a great way to have a break to recharge your energy. Lunch time yoga class provides a stress relief, as well as will give you a chance to strengthen, move and stretch those tight shoulders, back and hips.

    This class is designed to promote, balance, flexibility and peace of mind, while leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.

  • Children's Yoga

    Kids yoga class is a great way of introducing your children to yoga practice at an early age. Specially designed kids yoga classes will help them learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future.

  • Pranayama Yoga

    In Pranayama Yoga class you will learn to control prana or life force through the regulation of breathing. It is the breathing process or the control of the motion of inhalation, exhalation and the retention of vital energy.

    Through practicing various breathing techniques and sequences you will understand your breathing better and will gain control over your mind and emotions.

  • Sculpt Yoga

    ​At sculpt yoga class you should expect a challenging and energetic workout. Sculpt yoga is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect.

    The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Sculpt yoga also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there’s always a challenging core workout mixed in!

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa flow classes will help to maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex.

    This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.
