Our first Community Fitness Challenge – "Couch to 5k" is now under way.


You can still sign-up for upcoming Community Fitness Challenges… some will be individual challenges and others will be team challenges.  Challenges include running, outdoor games, stepping, tournaments, and indoor activities.


There will be prizes for each challenge and also prizes for those who take part in the most challenges.  Prizes will be awarded in a full day of sports and fitness activities in June next year!

In addition, we are also bringing back the popular monthly MINI FITNESS CHALLENGE which will run at Harbor Sports Club – be the community member who can do the most sit-ups or push-ups… or row the furthest in 3 minutes!  The mini challenge for November is JUMPING JACKS.  How many jacks can you do in one minute (timed)?  Prizes for best male and best female!  Sign up at HSC Reception to take part in this challenge.
