KAUST Health: What matters to you?

KAUST Health survey

 Posted on Oct 08, 2019

We are reaching out to understand what matters to you and to help shape the future of healthcare here at KAUST.

What are we trying to achieve?

KAUST Health exists to ensure members of our community keep well and are supported when unwell.  We deliver over 70,000 patient encounters each year across the multitude of different services provided.  In an effort to continuously improve the services we offer, we need your help.  We are reaching out to the KAUST community to seek your feedback and insight – what have your experiences been? What are your priorities for the future? Why do you use - or not use - KAUST Health for your healthcare needs?

Who do we want to hear from?

We are interested in feedback from users of the clinic and equally those who have yet to experience KAUST Health.  We want to hear from all elements of our community; employees, dependents, students, faculty, research park tenants and everyone else.

Community survey, analysis, and action plan

Our plan is to invite survey feedback for a period of 2-weeks. Next, we will analyze the data, and create an action plan which will inform our strategic priorities for the coming months and years.  We also plan to identify key areas of focus and delve further into those areas through a series of focus groups to further inform our key actions and objectives.

Your feedback is vital

Please complete this short survey and sharing the message with your colleagues, friends, and family.

We value your time. It should take you approximately 7-10 minutes to complete. The survey launches today, Monday 7th October and will run until October 24th, 2019.
