Are you eager and excited to be involved in running the Community Kitchen? In line with our "for community, by community" vision, we are establishing a Management Team of volunteers tasked with helping on administration and advising with regards to use of Community Kitchen.
Volunteers will be involved with collaborating with the Community Life team and community members on key topics relating to the use of the Community Kitchen. They will attend regular meetings and have hands-on involvement in the running of the kitchen.
A limited number of volunteers will be selected based on their application responses. Please share your interest via the Application Form. Applications are due by 14 September.
About the Community Kitchen
Located in the heart of Discovery Square, the Community Kitchen will be a shared space for community members to host cooking events, workshops, lessons, bake sales and more.
With the help of the volunteer Management Team, we plan to activate the space fully later this semester. Looking forward to seeing you there!
