Join the Couch to 5K Program

​As part of Community Life's ongoing commitment to a healthy community, we will be running another 'Couch to 5k' running program this Autumn.

The Couch to 5k program offers weekly sessions – a mixture of walking and running training in a supportive and social environment.  The program will run for 8-weeks and participants will build up to walking/running 5 kilometers.   A 5k run is being planned as part of WEP 2022, so this will be a great way for participants to test out their new skills.


Join the Program:

There is no need to register and there is no cost for the program. Just show up and get moving! 

  • When: Every Monday at 5:30 P.M. From October 25 to December 13, 2021
  • Where: Harbor Sports Club running track
