Graduate Affairs and Community Life invite you to celebrate Lunar New Year over the coming weeks. Lunar New Year's Day is on February 12 and the celebrations typically start on Lunar New Year's Eve, continuing for 15 days.

Lunar New Year Event
Don't miss this virtual Lunar New Year Celebration which includes a number of performances, messages and cultural demonstrations by members of the graduate student community and other KAUST community members, as well as some performances from off-campus.
The virtual celebration features:
- Welcome Remarks by President Tony Chan
- Messages from the KAUST Community
- Chinese Dragon and Lion performances
- Music performances
- Chinese calligraphy
- Cooking demonstrations
You can also watch this virtual event on KAUST TV at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, February 26
Organized by graduate students and members of the community sponsored by the Graduate Affairs' Office of Graduate Events, Recreation and for the first time this year jointly sponsored with Community Life.
